Customer Service Benchmarking Survey

This survey provides a good overview of how organizations share Customer Service issues and data amongst multiple business units for the benefit of streamlining the Customer problem resolution process. The survey shows how teams are structured, the performance measurements for Customer problem handling and finally the technologies used for communicating these Customer issues throughout the organization.

Thank you for taking the time to participate in our survey. This survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete. We will keep individual responses confidential. We compile the data and provide an ongoing Results Summary Report each time the survey is run. The Results Summary Report will be displayed immediately after you complete the Survey.

This particular survey has been well received by the business community and has gained a considerable amount of participation during its original run. Because of this popularity and nature of the survey, the original sponsor has graciously accepted TBE's invitation to continue the survey but leave the management and reporting of the survey results up to TBE.
