Implementing a Successful Benchmarking Program Survey

The purpose of this survey is to collect data on how the practice of benchmarking evolves within organizations, and to determine the most critical factors that contribute to success of benchmarking programs. This survey will ask you to share your best recollection of your personal experience and observations on how benchmarking programs are developed and implemented in organizations. To participate in this study, you must have observed and/or participated in development and implementation of a benchmarking program for at least 1-2 years. This can be a current or previous organization's benchmarking program as long as all your answers are for the same organization. If you have been involved in development and implementation of more than one benchmarking program, please complete this survey once for each program.

Thank you for taking the time to participate in our survey. This survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. We will keep individual responses confidential. We compile the data and provide an ongoing Results Summary Report each time the survey is run. The Results Summary Report will be displayed immediately after you complete the Survey.
